Process Improvement Plan

A process improvement plan is a vital part of many organizations. Organizations often create flow charts for this reason. A flow chart is a diagram that outlines all of the processes a company uses. The chart contains boxes and arrows connecting the boxes together. It is a way for organizations to see exactly what processes are used and how each process works together. Companies use these as a part of their process improvement plans. After studying a flow chart, a company can find processes to eliminate, or ones to improve. The point is to eliminate processes that have no value to the company. This process helps companies operate more effectively.
